Called about issue 2,3 last Saturday and they sent me an email ticket to upload video/photos. I called in midday and XPO STRAIGHT UP LIED, said they the following morning and nobody was home my address is correct I was home all day, I live in a cul de sac I hear and see everyone that comes and I have a recording camera in the front of the house literal recording video proof and they never came. tonal support: Tonal phone support has been very easy to get ahold off, but they been useless. Next morning I called they had no idea I called tonal which btw customer service as nice as they are I’m sorry but useless. I order my tonal in November and beginning of January I received an email that the tonal arrived at the local nightmare xpo and to schedule my installation date so I schedule it for the 12 of January and I received a text on January 12 saying the truck was out for delivery and the window was between 11-3pm well 5pm came around and nothing, I called xpo and they say they were running late 8pm came nothing I called back they said I was next well they never came. Add this to the infinite pile of tonal delivery horror story.
